Beautiful Days in February
It's a beautiful spring like day today in February. One of the many things I living in the bay area. Beautiful days like today. The sun is warm but not so hot you can't enjoy it warming your face and body. Just warm enough to take a nice long walk without getting too hot and sweaty. My kind of walks. Yes, I like long walks without being all hot and sweaty and in need of a shower by the time I get home.
I really enjoy this kind of weather a days like this.
But, what I do miss and unlike about this weather and apartment living is no backyard just to lounge. I miss pulling out the lounge chairs and just sitting outside doing absolutely nothing. Just sitting there and just being. Letting my mind just be, just wander in peaceful thoughts. I miss seeing Josh just running around having fun. I miss the space. The space which is like was
Walking into another world for me. It was a space big enough to share without feeling crowded. It was a space where you coyl yell and talk loud and laugh loud without anyone caring. It was like a little slice of happiness for me. I really loved just being able to be.
My reality is a small two bedroom apartment with my modern version family. But, as the saying around here goes it is what it is . My saying is that it is what it is until it isn't. I am not letting the lack of anything stop me from enjoying life and the little things like sunny days in February.
