Contest Krazy

My good friend loves to play games online for things like Amazon gift cards or gift cards to any store she likes and she spends  a great deal of time on it and she also plays some games for me to win too. Lately on Facebook tis the season for everyone to do giveaways to promote their businesses. My friend tells me enter them all we might win. Well, so far I have entered all that I see when I am on there and so far I have won nothing. But, my friend's other friend seems to be winning big and big prizes so far she has won a bike, a purse, shoes, a TV, gift cards, and lots of other things. She has to be the luckiest person at winning these things that she knows. My friend said that she has won so much she will probably have to declare it on her taxes since she has won over $600 worth of prizes just in the last couple of months. I would be happy to win anything. But, if I don't win unlike many people who post that if they don't win it will ruin Christmas, that is not me, if I don't win oh well, it won't ruin anything. I lived without the prize this long so I can carry on not winning. For me it is not the end of the world and I will survive not having a $10 Amazon gift card to cash in over the holidays.

I must admit I do get a kick out of reading the posts that are under the various contests. Most people are okay with not winning and congratulate the winners but some people, the more entertaining ones just about loose their minds trying to win and complain because they didn't win and have entered the same contest a trillion times before and never ever win. Then that gets all of the other people going about how they don't win and this and that and pretty soon you have a million comments about loosing. 

But, as long as me and my friend play and have fun playing we will enter the contests and she will play the games and out of the hundred contests we enter collectively maybe one of us will win something one of these days. Until then let the games and contests continue...
